Terms & Conditions

1. Booking/Security Deposit.
A booking/security deposit of 100 euro is required to secure your reservation. A letter of confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of this deposit.

2. Payment for House
Full payment is required on arrival.

3. Cancellations
If for some reason you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply: Greater than 6 weeks – Return of booking deposit
Less than 6 weeks - Forfeiture of booking deposit

4. Arrival & Departure
Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time will be between 3pm and 4pm on day of arrival, and check out time is by 11.00am on date of departure. Unless otherwise arranged at time of booking.

5. Right to refuse, alter or cancel
Management reserves the right to refuse, alter or cancel a booking, even after all monies have been paid. No liability will be accepted, if, due to circumstances beyond our control, the reserved accommodation is not available.

6. Insurance
The house is insured as are its contents. However client’s personal effects are not covered, and it is therefore good practice to insure your own personal belongings.

7. Liability
Neither the owners/management of Termon Harbour Marina, its agents or employees can accept liability for any personal injury, loss of property or damage sustained by clients during the course of their stay at Termon Harbour Marina.

8. Non smoking policy
We have a no smoking policy, within the house.

9. Pets
We regret that no pets are permitted.
